1. Scope of Services

MSR Assessment Private Limited provides professional business registration, corporate secretarial filing, legal documentation, and ISO standards training. All advisory and training programs are governed by Indian MCA directives and international registrar compliance rules.

2. Professional Engagement

Our team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and IRCA-certified lead assessors execute filings based on the documents and declarations submitted by the client. The client is solely responsible for the authenticity and validity of the information provided to us.

3. Billing and Professional Fees

All professional fees are communicated upfront. Government fees, stamp duties, and registration levies are charged extra at actual rates. Payments are processed securely via wire transfer or business UPI. Invoices are GST-compliant and are dispatched post payment clearance.

4. Confidentiality

We respect the intellectual property and corporate secrets of our clients. All corporate dossiers, financial data, and trademark designs shared with MSR Assessment Pvt Ltd are kept strictly confidential under our data protection protocols.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we execute filings with absolute care, MSR Assessment Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for delayed approvals, examinations, or rejections caused by technical portal glitches on the MCA, GST, or IP portals, or changes in statutory rules by the Government of India.
