2. Professional Fees & Government Charges

Our advisory fees are fixed and communicated upfront. Government statutory fees (like stamp duty or MCA registration charges) must be settled separately as actuals. Professional fees are non-refundable once incorporation forms or filing dossiers have been filed with the respective registries.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must verify the accuracy and authenticity of all business proofs, director KYC files, and compliance declarations. MSR Assessment Pvt Ltd assumes no liability for penalties arising from incorrect, delayed, or false files submitted by clients.
